The Project

Comptoir Libanais at Birmingham New Street Station, Caterware had a challenging time with out of hours deliveries and co-ordination of other trades.

The new restaurant filed with many of their signature pieces of equipment giving the customer that authentic Lebanese experience.

Caterware supplied the front and back of house equipment for the project which included coldrooms, warewashing, bespoke front display servery countering and prime cooking equipment.
