The Project

Working with Bruntwood Developments Caterware supplied and installed the kitchens and front of house areas within the hotel development forming part of the Manchester Business School.

Acting as design consultant on the project and working with interior designers to ensure the design worked practically for the operator. The site having multiple areas to deal with, the co-ordination between contactor and the operational staff was paramount, this was headed by Simon Mallett our senior contacts manager.

Other works included the provision of hygiene wall cladding the wall the kitchen areas.
