The Project
From trips to Spain and design visits to the Angelo Po Factory the main cooking suite was Monolithe in Red. When delivery and installation was due Angelo Po sent over their highly skilled engineering technicians to assist with the build and final welding and finishing of the one-piece top.
Other specialized equipment we installed included the Multi-Purpose Dim Sum & Rice Roll Steamer.
The food at Street XO shapes the lines between European, Asian and South American cuisines with dishes derived from street food that are as familiar as they are unexpected but most importantly, wonderfully delicious.
