Working together with Simon our managing director Mark talked through how Caterware would deliver the kitchen needed to produce the incredible food Simon and his team want to create.
The front of house Angelo Po Icon suite is one of the focal points with the Josper charcoal oven.
Caterware also equipped back of house kitchen area, front of house, bar area, back of house glasswash and storage.
